PROOFING AGREEMENT
To limit any possible errors in artwork, designs will not go to production until they have been approved by the customer. It is the customer's responsibility to completely review their proofs and ensure that there are no errors contained in the proofs. All orders with more than two proofs are subject to a proofing fee. The Mustard Seed will not be held responsible for errors on the final product if the customer has returned a signed proof or e-mail confirmation, has refused and/or did not request a printed or digital proof, or if the customer requested that the order go to production without approving a proof beforehand.
PRODUCTION TIMELINE
Due to the nature of our little ministry and because we want you to be as happy with your design as possible, proofs may take up to two weeks to be emailed to the customer. Once an order has gone into production, it may take an additional two weeks before your order will be ready for delivery or pickup. Thank you for patience and understanding!
