Why do we need YOU?

The Mustard Seed is a private 501(c)(3) charitable organization, which means we do not receive any state or federal funding. Instead, we rely on volunteers, donors, and gift shop sales to help fund our mission. Every penny we receive from our gift shop goes directly back to our program.

ARTIST SPOTLIGHT: Jeff Brock

Jeff is a strong back and a wonderful helper. He enjoys lending a hand to whomever he can. Jeff would literally give someone the shirt off of his back if he thought they needed it. Having been a resident of The Mustard Seed for almost 30 years, Jeff is one of our biggest ambassadors and always talks highly of his home here!

ARTIST SPOTLIGHT: Kate Dickens

Kate has one of the sweetest, most easy-going personalities on The Mustard Seed campus. However, don’t let her calm nature fool you, because Kate also loves to watch wrestling on TV, especially when John Cena is in the ring, and never misses a chance to rock out to a good Queen or Aerosmith song. In her spare time, you can find Kate playing a game of bowling on the Wii or watching an episode of SpongeBob SquarePants with her dad. Kate is a truly kind and gentle soul, and we are so thankful to have her in the Day Program at The Mustard Seed.
